Position Summary

Primarily responsible for providing overall technical and operational support in the implementation of the Enhancing Access to Rehabilitation Services through People-Centered App-Based Screening and Telerehabilitation project

Duties and Responsibilities
Project Planning and Implementation
  • Establish close collaboration and working arrangements with PFID team, project consultants, and local partner organizations (LPOs) in implementing the project
  • Prepare project proposals and actual expenditures based on the three-year strategic plan and LPOs plan
  • Organize and maintain the project dashboard
  • Organize team meetings, technical consultations, and discussions with LPOs, and other partner organizations
  • Assess administrative and logistical requirements of project activities with support of Project Associate and ensure that these are adequately provided during the activity proper
  • Coordinate with the Program Officer I and Finance Unit for funding needs of project activities
  • Prepare and submit the implementation plan of project activities based on the proposal approved by the Program Manager and Executive Director
  • Monitor and supervise the execution of project activities in collaboration with LPOs and local government units
  • Gather the feedback of participants by preparing, consolidating and analyzing the results of post-activity evaluation and submit reports to Program Manager
  • Prepare regular progress reports and other documents requested by NORFIL, funder and partner institutions
  • Coordinate with Program Assistant on entering reports to Plurifom
  • Submit approved semi-annual and annual report to funder (Liliane Foundation)
Partnership Building and Maintenance
  • Coordinate with LPOs and other groups of stakeholders involved with the Sexuality and Reproductive Health Rights project
  • Conduct monitoring visits to LPOs in consultation with Senior Program Supervisor and Program Officer I
  • Provide technical guidance to LPOs
  • Coordinate with other government and non-government organization in matters concerning the Sexuality and Reproductive Health Rights project
Others
  • Attend meetings/seminars convened by NORFIL with recommending approval from PFID Program Manager and Executive Director
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
  • Coordinate with the Project Consultant based on the results of project visits or technical support
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, health sciences, community development or other related fields
  • At least three (3) years of experience in project management and implementation, advocacy and lobbying, conducting/facilitating trainings
  • Strong management skills, including ability to provide guidance, develop work plans, and manage budgets and project expenditures
  • Good interpersonal skills with experience in networking with the partners at different levels (GAs, local gov’t. units, funding agencies, private sector, NGOs and local community based organizations)
  • Demonstrated written, analytical and presentation skills and familiarity with modern communication systems
