Position Summary
Primarily responsible for case management, direct implementation and supervision of programs and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Case Management
- Prepare social case study reports for case management activities, as required
- Conduct eligibility study for individuals and/or families applying for services
- Conduct regular supervisory visits to individuals and/or families and prepare progress reports
- Prepare, maintain and update records of the total caseload
Advocacy
- Mobilize community resources to help and facilitate rehabilitation and development of individuals and/or families
- Coordinate and establish partnership with LGUs for possible conduct of rehabilitation programs, home and case findings
- Promote CBID and/or NORFIL when attending meetings/trainings
Others
- Prepare and submit monthly updates, reports and activity plans to Immediate Supervisor
- Attend meetings/webinars convened by the Immediate Supervisor and/or Executive Director
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
- Licensed Social Worker
- At least one (1) year of relevant social work experience
- Willing to work with children and people with disabilities
- Previous experience in a child welfare agency and/or non-government organization is an advantage
