Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Monitor submission of reports and other pertinent documents of local partner organizations (LPOs)
  • Check the completeness of the reports of the local partner organizations and communicate lacking documents
  • Encode approved budget requests and financial justification reports in the Pluriform database
  • Update and organize filing system of documents
  • Prepare statistics data sheet
  • Act as custodian of the petty cash fund
  • Provides support on the needed logistics during trainings


  • Participate in program meetings as required
  • Attend meetings/seminars convened by NORFIL with recommending approval from PFID Program Manager and Executive Director
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
  • Comply with administrative, personnel and financial policies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science and other related courses
  • Computer Literate
  • Previous relevant work experience is an advantage
  • Demonstrated written, analytical and presentation skills and familiarity with modern communication systems
