Aim of NORFIL Training and Research Center

To enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals and groups to help them enhance their competency, confidence, and development on both personal and professional performance


To provide an opportunity for progress, a channel to share their experiences in the field, and a venue to meet people in the same line of work


To fulfill, protect, and promote the rights of children through the conducting and capacitating of trainings to groups and individuals
